Pizza Roll Ups

Great for picnic food and lunch boxes!

Ingredients

Makes enough for all the family.

300g of ready rolled shortcrust pastry.

1/2 tsp of garlic salt (optional).

1 tsp of chopped onion (optional).

1 tin of chopped tomatoes.

2 tsps of oregano.

1 handful of cheese.

Method

1. Preheat oven to 200C/gas mark 6.

2. In a bowl mix the garlic, chopped tomatoes and oregano.

3. Split the pastry into 4 balls.

4. Take 1 ball and roll the pastry into a rectangle.

5. Spoon some sauce over the pastry making sure you cover the pastry edges.

6. Roll up into a sausage and then cut into 5cm nibbles.

7. Repeat until the sauce and the pastry has gone.

8. Bake in the oven for 15-20 mins.

9. Serve with salad.
