Burrito Bowl

Fun to make, but even more fun to eat!

Ingredients

Makes 1 bowl.

1 tortilla wrap.

1 handful of chopped cucumber.

1 handful of chopped tomatoes.

1 handful of mixed beans (from a tin).

1 tbsp of houmous.

1 small, chopped beetroot.

1 handful of grated cheese.

Method

1. Pop the tortilla wrap in a bowl so that it covers the edges.

2. Arrange the ingredients so they make colourful stripes.

3. Eat & Enjoy!

I love this recipe because it can use any tinned beans and any salad that is in season. It’s filling and fun to make.
